Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel their order at any time before the order is confirmed by our team. Once the order is confirmed, the customer may not be able to cancel the order, and the cancellation policy will apply.
Cancellation Fees: We do not charge a cancellation fee for orders cancelled before the order is confirmed. However, if the order is cancelled after it is confirmed, a cancellation fee may apply. The amount of the cancellation fee may vary depending on the stage of the order process and the reason for cancellation.
Late Cancellation: If the customer cancels the order after the food has been prepared or if the delivery partner is already on the way to the customer's location, a cancellation fee will be charged, and the customer may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds: If a cancellation is eligible for a refund, we will issue the refund to the customer's original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Change Requests: Customers may request changes to their order, such as adding or removing items, before the order is confirmed. However, once the order is confirmed, changes may not be possible. If changes are possible, a fee may apply.
